Premium Practice Lifetime Pass
- 14-day refund: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet opened any premium exercise. This is more generous than the minimum required by law for digital content.
- After you start using it: when you first open a premium exercise you begin receiving the digital content. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations the statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content ends once supply begins with your consent. At checkout and on the product page we tell you this before you buy. [LEGAL REVIEW: confirm the express-consent and acknowledgement wording and placement required before access is granted.]
- Faults: if premium content is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under consumer law, whenever you bought it.
Tutoring
- Before you pay: a request is not a booking. You can withdraw it at any time from your account at no cost.
- Cancelling a paid booking: full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed start time.
- Late cancellation or no-show: cancellations within 24 hours of the start, or missed sessions without notice, are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
- If we cancel or cannot find a suitable time: full refund.
- Two-session package: if you cancel after the first session, we refund the unused session at the per-session share of the package price.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit. When a premium purchase is refunded, premium access for that purchase ends.
